We bought Servant Keeper and found that if you ever need help learning how to use the program, it gets very expensive. First, they don’t allow you to see any of their online tutorials after 60 days: it cost $99 per year. If you want additional online tutorials, they are $49 for each little section and you only have accept to those videos for 30 days. If you want full support, so you can call in or email, it is $299 per year. Very, very expensive! So, before you buy, consider the full price of the product.
