We bought Servant Keeper and found that if you ever need help learning how to use the program, it gets very expensive. First, they don’t allow you to see any of their online tutorials after 60 days: it cost $99 per year. If you want additional online tutorials, they are $49 for each little section and you only have accept to those videos for 30 days. If you want full support, so you can call in or email, it is $299 per year. Very, very expensive! So, before you buy, consider the full price of the product.

Servant keeper seems to be all about the money. We purchased servant keeper in 2016 at an event they had.We did not realize that their customer service was only Monday – through Friday business hours only.I am bivocational and the church treasurer works as well.So we could never get real time help with questions and problems. It is a big investment for a small church like ours over $500.00 not to be able to use it. I retired September 1st of this year and our 1 year help expired in june.I asked if they would extend our help desk for another year so we could actually have real time help. We were told no since the have an online help that you can ask questions and get the answer the next day no 24/7 real time help. This to me shows to me that they are not committed to their customers but all about the money.Sorry we purchased their product.
